Below that, there is a series of very important recommendations made by Mr. Bradley in relation to the conduct of the board's business, which clearly indicate that the delivery was suboptimal. It was not sufficiently suboptimal as to affect a removal at that stage. It must be remembered this arrived into the Minister in July 2022. The Minister took the decision to remove the board on 14 February 2023. In the meantime, the Minister asked senior officials, including myself, in the area to meet with the board. The board accepted all the recommendations, including the one the Deputy cited, in the report and agreed to move forward, working with the executive to implement all the recommendations in the report and report back to the Minister.
