No, but the way we manage projects now is quite different. Part of that was the experience of the gallery which showed us the opportunities that would present in the national cultural institutions but also the potential risks. We have an elaborate process under the public spending code managed by the OPW and ourselves at a programme level and then on a project-by-project basis with the institution, the OPW and the Department.
