In accordance with Standing Order 101, the following message will be sent to the Clerk of the Dáil:

The Joint Committee on Education, Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science has completed its consideration of the following motion: That Dáil Éireann approves the following Order in draft:

Technological Universities Act 2018 (Section 44F) (Appointed Day) Order 2023, a copy of which was laid in draft form before Dáil Éireann on 12th June, 2023.

Under Standing Order 100(2), the message is deemed to be the report of the committee.
