I agree with Dr. Casey. There was no need to insert the words explicitly giving permission to the Oireachtas. It is interesting that he referred to the obitercomments in earlier cases like McGee and so on. In fact, in this instance, we have obitercomments going the other way. Like I said, those obitercomments could not be clearer and more authoritative in the sense that it is a seven-judge court and those guys know exactly what they are saying.
