Before I hand over to Sport Ireland on how we are collectively pursuing the governance code, it is the view of the Department that we need to get into a position where there is already a strong culture of self-regulation. Then it is possible to assess where the enforcement gaps may or may not be. We are only now getting to the stage where there is strong awareness and buy-in on the importance of self-regulation.
