That is three years ago. When we are dealing with issues in this place, we tend not to do so particularly quickly. That means that we should take the next eight months and 30 days, or whatever is left on the clock, and work out the precise nature of what we should do.

I thank the Department and commission for their input on the legal side. I am really going to struggle with the moral and ethical considerations, particularly on the medical side, in dealing with some of our questions. I probably share others' views in that regard. I thank the witnesses for appearing before us.
