Did the review find it was underfunded? There was a 2.3% increase last year, but building costs increased by 16.2%. This is nonsense and nowhere near enough. The Department has to sort this mess out and accept that these schemes are not funded adequately. I would like to hear back as soon as possible – not for myself, but for those who are sitting at home waiting for their houses to be adapted or to get mobility aids to assist them to live independently.
