It is difficult to answer that because our similarities are with the common law jurisdictions. As Mr. Cryan referred to earlier, one big difference between us and the lot of the European forces is that there is only one force here in Ireland. Even in the UK there are 43, so one can imagine the difficulties that some other countries have. I would be loath to say who has the worst.
