The reality is that most people who are refused entry on the basis of not having documentation go on to apply for international protection and as a consequence do not then immediately return. Of course, some people, it is a smaller number of people and we can send the Deputy the specific figures which we probably have here to hand, will be refused entry on other grounds and then they will elect to go back to their point of departure.
