There are certain essential things that we would look for from you. First, an operator would want a waste collection permit that would allow it to collect. Second, the operator would want a waste facility permit which would allow it to store materials. The operator would also have to provide information about insurance tax compliance. As well as that, we would want a price from the operator for the various services that we would be asking it to provide on our behalf.
