In accordance with Standing Order 87, the following message will be sent to the Dáil:

The Joint Committee on Joint Committee on Education, Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science has completed its consideration of the following motion: That Dáil Éireann approves the following Order in draft:

Employment Equality Act 1998 (Section 12) (Reservation of Vocational Training Places) Order 2022,

a copy of which was laid in draft form before Dáil Éireann on 7th March, 2023.

In accordance with Standing Order 75, the following message will be sent to the Seanad:

The Joint Committee on Joint Committee on Education, Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science has completed its consideration of the following motion: That Seanad Éireann approves the following Order in draft:

Employment Equality Act 1998 (Section 12) (Reservation of Vocational Training Places) Order 2022, a copy of which was laid in draft form before Seanad Éireann on 22nd March, 2023.
