The Deputy has not mentioned anything about the local authority staff members who have to go out to face these floods. He wants to come in here to try to play politics and stated that, in some sort of warped and twisted way, someone is preventing the scheme going ahead. Let me be very clear; the Government, through me, the OPW and Donegal County Council, wants this scheme the go ahead.
