Although we are not representing them here today, we believe the contractors are in a difficult way because the funding has not been put through correctly for planting and guys are afraid that, by the time it eventually comes through, they will have lost their staff and their businesses. That is a significant issue. They themselves would be better off telling the committee that story in case we describe it inaccurately.
