I move amendment No. 60:

In page 17, to delete lines 14 to 27 and substitute the following: “3A. (1) An offence committed by a person is aggravated by hate for the purposes of sections 6A, 7A, 11A and 18A if hate is in whole or in part the person’s motive for committing the offence concerned.”.
