On the Deputy's latter point on the extent to which we take it into account, we do. We have steered away from particular locations in terms of our procurement approach at various stages where we see numbers are significant and pressure is coming on services in such a location. We have engaged with local authorities and other State agencies to ensure we are informed at any point in time of where the pressures are.
