A lot of it comes back to the business of the co-op and whether or not it is a for-profit business or community-based. In our industry, we provide social housing and we hope to provide the properties we own and make them available for social housing in perpetuity. We would not want the members at some stage to be able to come along and strip the assets of the co-op for personal gain.
