The number one issue that comes up with us as key to the success of the SME community in particular is skills, and this is especially so in regional areas. Over and over again the investment in skills is huge, and not just at third level but throughout the system in lifelong learning. It is probably not the silver bullet but one action we could take involves the National Training Fund. We have a €1 billion surplus in it that is heading for €2 billion.
