My question comes from the risk of a group taking over a co-op - for instance, coming en masseto a meeting and joining. I have heard anecdotal evidence of that happening with companies and so on.

May I ask about the registrar? I think Mr. Shine said earlier that this would be a completely separate office, outside of the CRO. Will he tell me about the structure-----
