When Ms Hennessy says it is a market-based measure, is there an expectation that a new profession will grow of sustainability compliance experts, who would be similar to architects or accountants and undertake these audits? Is it intended that this area will become one where small businesses will be able to outsource to bring in the required expertise and then have a fair level of confidence in being covered?
