It is great to see the witnesses back again. The departmental officials are having a very busy time with this committee. They have to come in and out on a regular basis. They will be glad to see the Christmas break. It is great to see everybody here today for this very important hearing. I have a little bit of housekeeping to do, and I ask the witnesses to bear with me while I do it. I would appreciate that. Do I take it that the draft minutes of our last public and private committee meetings on 9, 23 and 24 November 2022 are formally agreed and that there are no matters arising? Is that agreed? Agreed.
