-----dedicated resources. We have a good steering group and good relationships with all the different colleges involved. We have emerging colleges that wish to get involved and we also have colleges that had a programme now saying they would love to have another one, when established and sustainable, and then there are also situations like ours that are reasonably established. It is still, though, very much early days in this respect. INHEF needs independent funding and support to allow it to have a co-ordinator in place who would organise some workshops and supports for all the different colleges at different levels.
