Whenever I went to a CAP meeting, I would talk to the Talamh Beo lads first to get their view on what should happen. However, a number of groups of farmers such as hill farmers and high-native-value farmers who have their own groups. I discovered over the past few years that one can talk to them. I am a known, out-and-out environmentalist and have been so for many years, but I was very chuffed the other day when somebody tweeted about a meeting with "that gentleman, Charles". I though, "my God". Talk is what we have to do. Much alarm is being generated about this rewetting that needs to be talked about-----
