The capacity is being dealt with in two ways. First, the Expert Group on Future Skills Needs completed its work at the end of last year on the skills required for the green economy. We are doing much more around apprenticeships and we have five centres of excellence operational now that are geared towards delivering the skills required to support the retrofit programme through upskilling, reskilling and bringing in apprenticeships. With regard to the engagement with contractors, Mr. Deegan’s sense is that they themselves are now scaling up very significantly because of the certainty around the funding.
