I know, but I just want him to comment on the ESB saying it would not be able to deliver. While he was CFO, the ESB had to pay the State a penalty of €4 million for that. To his mind, was that a failure of management within the ESB at the time? Does he accept that the failure or whatever decisions were taken then have impacted and added to the potential for blackouts this year on the one hand, and a significant increase in the cost of electricity into the future?
