It is more than a pilot in the sense that it has been defined as the model. There are some areas where that has been rolled out and the intention is to extend it. The Deputy referred to the challenge in getting that out in regard to some of the training and other issues but I have seen it in operation in the western area and in a number of other areas. The plan would be to extend that out. In some cases, the HSE will directly provide it and, in other cases, we contract that service as part of contractual arrangements we are putting in place.
