Can we write to the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform for an updated figure and the expected final cost of inquiries and tribunals from the past 25 years, if that is going back far enough? We would at least have the facts. Then we can maybe see the options with regard to what has been happening. As a State, I do not think we can allow the situation to continue the way it is going. It seems bizarre. The thing that jumped out at me was that there is an expected final cost of €30 million. I am not disputing the finding. The finding was that the maximum potential loss to the taxpayer may have been another €8 million higher. In other words, it would have been sold for €48 million or €49 million instead of what it was sold for, which was €41 million.
