We conducted detailed customer impact assessments. We examined it at a customer segment level. We looked, for example, at vulnerable customers. We also considered the decision across all of the 70 locations to see what the customer usage levels were and examined if the range of available alternatives in those locations was sufficient to meet customer needs. That was the key driver of the expansion of our offering with An Post.
