One thing we need to do as a committee, which I will propose and perhaps it may be seconded, is where Mr. Drennan mentioned earlier that the EPA report has been held up for so long and that the ICMSA did not receive it. There is a duty on the EPA to give the report to the ICMSA and to publish it for the betterment of all, in the first instance. When the Department appears before the committee to discuss the phosphorus issue, which Mr. Drennan also outlined, he is 100% correct that most of the sewage in the country is released when there is a big flood in most places. Let no one try to say that it is a foolproof system. We have to find out, as I am not aware scientifically if there is somebody else who can say that it is different, or whatever. We need to find that out when the Department appears before us later on and we will do that.
