The Duffy-Cahill report was written in the context of the challenge that arose from the Clerys closure, which was an entirely different situation, in my understanding, from some of the subsequent redundancies and insolvencies that have arisen. There are certainly considerable issues within the Duffy-Cahill report. There are challenges with some of the recommendations on which we have engaged fully and consulted. We have raised them with the various different officials and Ministers and most recently, the Minister of State, Deputy English. All of the Duffy-Cahill report has been taken into account in the conversations that are ongoing in addressing some of these issues.
