We are actually debating two specific clauses that have been proposed and I am trying to identify the challenge those specific clauses would present. I am trying to be balanced in this. Of course, I recognise the pain and distress that has been caused to anybody being made redundant. Of course, I recognise the challenge to anybody who has stood on a picket line. I have worked in this for many years. I do understand that. I have to explain the legislative piece and say that in the absence of that, we are trying to correct a challenge in a way that gives rise to much greater challenges.
