I am in a situation where I have to say to the Senator that I completely understand the difficulty. I have worked in industrial relations for 20 years. I completely understand the stress and distress of any industrial relations dispute, particularly where people feel the need to take to a picket line. Of course, that is an entirely difficult situation.

I also, though, have to step aside and say that I know this has been reviewed and that the liquidator and Minister have looked at it, and, to the best of my understanding and knowledge, no law has been broken and no deliberate attempt has been made to evade payment. Engagement has happened-----
