No, it is not that. It is the fact that there are industrial relation norms that apply to the negotiation of collective agreements in our industrial relations framework. Unless we also change all of our industrial relations legislation, in which case it would effectively have to state that one cannot negotiate anything other than a standard additional statuary redundancy payment, we would not have to opportunity to make those agreements at all.
