I made the point in my opening statement, and the Deputy echoed it, that nobody stands on a picket line for 406 days without good cause. That is driven by a sense of frustration and anger and an inability to address the core issue of the unfairness of the circumstances that presented to the Debenhams workers and to other workers, but predominantly to the Debenhams workers who endured that industrial dispute for 406 days.
