The key for this new organisation to be successful is the gathering of these data. Does Mr. Dillon think Retail Ireland's membership feels threatened by that issue, or will there be buy-in at a local level in that regard? Having spoken to retailers, I think they are generally concerned about this legislation. They have a view that it might be a little heavy-handed.
