Okay. Head 51 provides that a person such as a director, manager, secretary or any other officer of a corporation may be held responsible for the actions of the corporation where he or she is directly culpable. Head 52 sets out fines and penalties for an offence committed under the Bill. A person who commits an offence under section 29(3) is liable on summary conviction to a class A fine. A person who commits an offence under sections 48(11) or 49(1) is liable on summary conviction to a class A fine or imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both, or on conviction on indictment to a fine not exceeding €500,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or to both.
