I am moving down the heads a small bit, but these is on the same theme as Deputy Fitzmaurice’s questions. Provision is made for the attendance of a chief executive before the Committee of Public Accounts, as well as before the relevant Oireachtas committees. The chief executives of the various State bodies under the auspices of the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine are expected to come before this committee fairly regularly. Should it not be prescribed in this proposed legislation as well that the chief executive and chair of this new body should appear before this committee?
