Does Mr. Kelly, as principal officer dealing with this, know how many of that 9,000 will be local authority builds? Does he have some idea now that we are six months into the year, how many builds will have been completed by local authorities? The local authorities send plans back and forward to the Department to get approval and go through the Part 8 process locally.
