That is fair enough, but I disagree with the idea that we are only talking about 0.1%. In our report, we are talking about the families who have fought for 20 years and who have been consistent and committed advocates for reform and change and who have bravely continued their fight and spoken to us for this report. We have not asked 41,000 people to tell us how they feel. People have come to us. It is fair to draw the conclusion that these people are representative of many more families who have not had a good experience in the coronial system.
