That may have arisen in the context of the next usage of the site, which was for Department of Education schools, rather than the vacating of the site by Bord na gCon as it was at that time. Our commitment was to use the funds to discharge a very substantial debt we had at the time and to put the balance into refurbishment. We have met or are meeting our commitments in respect of Harold's Cross.
