Yes. It is a single-point scale, so yes. We only have one issue around the publishing of more granular information than that. I think the committee has come back to us looking to publish the actual salary that individuals are on. That may not be a difficulty but we just have to be sure around the legal responsibilities we have in respect of data protection. As the salary scale is on a certain point if, for example, a person is sick for more than six months in a year the salary he or she receives might be less. If people work a four-day week rather than a five-day week, the salary they receive will be less.
