I know that this is not where the Deputy is going, but in the context of having spoken earlier about private care, to be clear, in none of these arrangements is money an issue. That is just not the question. The question is the appropriateness of the placement versus the best possible option we can provide on a given day, given where the child finds himself or herself and where we find ourselves.
