I thank the Deputy. A lot of planning has gone into that. The project is well advanced. It is 79% complete at this stage. The building is watertight. A reasonable amount of it has been kitted out. There were 235 people on-site at the building in February, which I thought was a fascinating number. It is a massive project.

There is a detailed transition plan. The move will start in the third quarter of this year. The building will be handed over from the contractor in or around August, we hope. Then, from August until the end of the year, there will be a detailed transition to move the existing operation out, as well as the accreditations which are necessary for each part of the system. Obviously, all the scientific end of it has to be accredited to the international standard. There will therefore be a certain amount of dual use of the existing laboratory in the Phoenix Park and then the transition to the new one.
