I move amendment No. 167b:

In page 76, between lines 23 and 24, to insert the following:

“Amendment of section 3 of Act of 2018

86. Section 3 of the Act of 2018 is amended by the substitution of “an order under section 36, 43 or 44F” for “an order under section 36 or 43”.”.
