I move amendment No. 162:

In page 72, lines 15 and 16, to delete “for the purposes of preparing a strategic development plan under this section, consult with” and substitute the following: “before approving a strategic development plan under this section, be satisfied that the chief officer has for the purposes of preparing the plan consulted with”.
