Ms Mangan did not talk much about the hybrid model of half and half, one quarter and three quarters or four and one. Does Ms Mangan see a role for the hybrid model as well as the remote-only model? Remote only might work for some but my understanding is that the vast majority of people want to feel that connection to the office and to be physically present sometimes. It is not for every job.
