I move amendment No. 155:

In page 103, between lines 34 and 35, to insert the following: “(a) in paragraph (c) of subsection (1), by the substitution of “on its own initiative, in response to a complaint made to it by any person, or to assist with an investigation conducted by the European Commission or a competition authority of another Member State in accordance with the Regulation of 2003,” for “either on its own initiative or in response to a complaint made to it by any person,”.
