I move amendment No. 144:

In page 86, to delete lines 4 to 11 and substitute the following:

"(b) The application under paragraph (a) may be made by the competent authority on an ex partebasis provided that the undertaking or association of undertakings to which the application relates informs the competent authority in writing that it agrees to the application being made ex parte.".
