That was suggested by the expert group prior to the Assisted Decision Making (Capacity) Act. We are hopeful that we will implement this Act later this year so de facto there is no need for the intermediate category. We just need to be mindful that people with mental illness or a mental condition are not treated differently from everyone else in the mental health service. We do not believe it is needed anymore.
