I appreciate the growth there has been and that, in effect, the growth in Garda numbers in counties such as Kildare has not reflected that but, as I have said, as we work towards 15,000 members we have to look at our distribution model. In part, however, we have to deliver more on the modernisation of the workforce and displacing gardaí into front-line roles.
