I ask Mr. Savage to explain what he meant when he said:

At Dogs.ie we pride ourselves on bringing a high level of trust and transparency to online pet sales. We have some additional systems and rules that go beyond the legal requirement.

I ask Mr. Savage to tease out one or two of those additionalities. What makes Dogs.ie different or more special, on top of its governance issues? Mr. Savage is saying that this is a selling point. Can he tease that out with me?
